Inside Sales Support Administrator

Salary: ??17.500 - ??19.000
25 days of holidays + 8 days of holidays
Pension matched up to 7%

Job Summary

A varied, office based role in New York Street becoming an integral part of a close knit team. We are looking for an administrator for our Inside Sales teams that will assist in the management of customer orders and other administration tasks. In time, this role could help develop the right candidate into more advanced roles within the Inside Sales Teams.

Responsibilities

*To be accountable for processing orders from our Telesales team, ensuring that 94% of orders sold are uploaded correctly each month.
*Management of mailboxes to ensure all customer contract/appointment and sales queries are successfully dealt with.
*Taking inbound calls from internal staff and supporting the Inside Sales Teams with any work processed.
*Managing own workload to ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner
*Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
*Co-Ordinate overtime forms ready for manager sign-off
*To update the Inside Sales team with statistics on current performance
*Assist in management of Shift Rota
*Other miscellaneous tasks

Key Skills

*Professional approach with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
*Excellent customer service skills
*Previous telephone sales experience an advantage
*Ability to learn use of systems which include CBS/SMS/MAS/SAI and Salesforce
*Good organizational and time management skills
*Ability to work alone and as part of a team
*Flexible and able to adapt rapidly to change in priorities
