Customer Appeals Expert
A large UK based Financial Services company are looking for a Customer Appeals Expert, to join the team based in their London office.
The position is an initial 3 month contract, with the possibility of extension.
The client is looking for candidates who have specialised in Pensions.
Overview of role:
You will be responding to appeals from customers who are dissatisfied with the decision on their claim.
You will provide qualitative feedback and help identify ways to reduce complaints and appeals by demonstrating an investigatory mindset.
Some key skills/experience the client is looking for are:
- SIPP Operator
- Pension transfer
- DISP RULES
- COMP rules
