This is an opportunity to join a Telecommunications Solutions company based in Kingsbury Square, Melksham. They supply, install and maintain a portfolio of IT solutions for business.

This company comprises a team of highly experienced professionals who share a common desire to maintain excellent customer service, deliver transparent communications and always be reliable to ensure the quality of the work being carried out is to an exceptional standard. They are now considered key partners and hold contracts with an array of multi-sector businesses that cover the length and breadth of the UK.

They are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team to plan and implement marketing activities in order to meet company targets for retention, growth, and profitability.

Key responsibilities: -
- Coordinate the marketing plan and brand guidelines
- Digital Marketing, managing email lists, creating copy and creative design for direct email communications
- Managing data - including new leads, marketing lists and data segmentation through their CRM and third-party email marketing platform
- Manage and co-ordinate charity days / events - including promotion, decoration, details, planning and liaising with external bodies
- Manage website CMS including copy, images, creative design elements, web chat dashboard and website development projects
- Manage, co-ordinate and represent the company at trade shows and events
- Manage all social media channels and post and schedule regular and relevant content through central dashboard software - also monitoring comments, likes and shares and encouraging us to 'grow the network' of the company by following, liking and resharing posts
- Preparation of relevant collateral and presentations for sales meetings
- Email campaigns
- Vendor relationships and portals
- Co-ordinate case studies and testimonials
- Report new ideas for projects, campaigns and tasks to BDM

Skills required: -
- Experience of customer service or client management
- Marketing experience
- Excellent communication & planning skills
- Able to self-motivate & be proactive
- Highly organised, enthusiastic and friendly work ethic
- Proficient in Office programs and Adobe software (desirable)
- Mail Chimp/Email Marketing Software
- GDPR aware
- Google Analytics
- Hootsuite/Buffer
- Website CMS management (MODX desirable)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM/TEAMS

This is not a post graduate role as they require at least 1 years experience, however if you have similar experience/qualifications, please still apply.

Salary will be ??19-21k depending on experience.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with half an hour for lunch.
26 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.

The position is in Melksham, Wiltshire and there is free parking close by.
