This is a great opportunity to join our Customer Services contact centre team in a team leader role helping customers with a range of debt and affordability queries.

You will be able to challenge and motivate the team towards exceeding performance targets, ensuring that our customers receive excellent standards of help and support required. You will be promoting and delivering high levels of customer service and ensuring a fair outcome with every conversation. You will be escalating complaints through the correct channels in to resolve customer issues to high levels of satisfaction. You will be ensuring that all processes are compliant with company guidelines.

You will be a confident self-starter, who works proactively and have a natural disposition towards working with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have a passion for leading and motivating a team, with experience in:

?? Delivering and improving on performance targets

?? Promote development of team

?? Managing complaints

?? Seeking innovative solutions to improving customer experience processes

Please note that for internal purposes, this role is titled as Affordability Assistance & Debt Team Leader.
