Retail Development Executive

We are growing our team of Field Sales Executives to partner our client and develop their presence in the market. We need enthusiastic people, who can cover a large territory by completing regular visits, using in store displays, stock replenishment and great customer service to drive sales in the candy category across your local area. We are looking for great communicators who have an understanding of what drives customers in store to go ahead and purchase and a passion and determination for success. About the opportunity: Rate of pay: £10.00/hour Working days: Flexible working of 1-3 days per week (8 hours/day) This role also has the opportunity for future tactical work in addition to this, on a flexible basis to suit your availability. Responsibilities: Sales : Maximise our client’s return on investment in every call by taking actions in store that generate sales for both the store and our client. Relationship building : Build productive business relationships with key decision makers in each store enabling the achievement of all objectives Team work : Share best practise with colleagues enabling the team to outperform competitors and roll out innovative & more effective ways of working as quickly as possible.
