This role offers a great opportunity to play a crucial part in an award winning department and to make your mark within a close knit team of passionate marketing professionals Role Outline Working wit hin a dedicated team within our Marketing Department, your responsibility as Performance Media Executive will be to deliverin the following areas: Paid Search Achieve the overall lead targets for regional brands Plan and generate new ideas for the PNO accounts Optimise and expand the current accounts Continue with our experimentation workflow Test new channels and optimise current campaigns Adhere to paid search processes and use best practices Leadership Identify, share and spread best practice throughout the business Demonstrate excellent team work and help others when required Communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders across the business Work across departments and support teams to achieve goals in a collaborative manner Embrace and drive innovation with the ability to think outside the box Consistently demonstrate passion for the business and the role Show confidence and conviction with decision making Take full responsibility for your actions and outcomes Show complete ownership of paid search and paid social campaigns Skill Requirements Essential to have: 1 years Paid Search experience – across both Google and Bing Ads Hands-on experience of building, growing and optimising paid search A seamless ability to analyse and interpret findings from data and campaigns Experience of managing budgets independently with the ability to demonstrate ROI Strong analytical and excel skills Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, delivery oriented environment Operate independently and proactively with a positive can-do attitude Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Good time management and organisational skills A demonstrated ability to prioritise work load dependent on business need Creative and innovative with own ideas A keen interest in digital marketing Nice to have: Knowledge of the Travel industry Experience of Paid Social Understanding of Display Advertising Google Ads Certification Previous experience of working in a team Benefits Pension Commission
