Due to internal progression and change they are looking to appoint an Area Manager and a large portfolio of stores. As the Area Manager you will be making difference to hundreds of people in your Region, making them feel that you CARE and SUPPORT them. They actively supports VALUES and CUSTOMERS and you will have genuine autonomy to make your own decisions on marketing, finance and people management. As Area Manager you will be accountable for the operational excellence and financial performance of a group of stores across the region. You will also: Ensure you have a robust succession plan in place while ensuring your team are stretched, motivated and ready to progress when opportunities in the field or head office arise. Have responsibility for managing the P&L of the Region, ensuring the highest standards of Service, display, compliance and inventory control are maintained and that sales revenue targets are achieved and exceeded. Demonstrate an inspirational leadership style to your team of Managers ensuring that they receive clear direction and performance management within a culture of coaching and mentoring.
