Building Better Opportunities: Getting Cumbria to Work is a partnership project that seeks to provide support to and work with individuals who are facing multiple and complex barriers to employment and who are furthest removed from the labour market in Barrow and South Lakeland.
We are currently looking for a suitably qualified, professional individual to strengthen our existing delivery team. The role will provide an excellent opportunity to work in a committed and passionate team at the heart of our community.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to lead, manage and support a diverse range of key workers supporting participants on this programme, ensuring excellent service delivery and grant compliance at all times.
They will need excellent communication skills and be able to support monitoring and reporting.
Previous experience of European funded programmes will provide a distinct advantage.
This project is funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery Community Fund.
The Building Better Opportunities project funding ends in March 2021.
Hours: 30 Hours Week: Fixed Term Contract to 31/03/2021
Location: Based in Barrow
Salary: NJC Scale 21 (??25,801 pro rata)
