Due to expansion, a position has arisen for an Adult Intervention Keyworker within a charity based in Portsmouth. The Roberts Centre enjoys a reputation for its work with families and children and has achieved national recognition for its high quality services in the areas of Homelessness, Parenting and Childcare. 

Adult Intervention Keyworker

Hours: 39 (1 year fixed term contract)

Location: Gamble Road, Portsmouth.

Salary: £21,947

The Adult Intervention Project is a unique service working intensively with adults who are at risk of losing their home due to their anti-social behaviours

The post holder will be an integral part of the Adult Intervention Team and someone who shares our values and who has the passion to help us to improve the lives of adults, families and children.

You will need excellent communication skills, have the confidence and ability to challenge people in a non-threatening or judgmental way. You will also need to have a creative and flexible approach, working closely with other agencies to find positive solutions to the difficulties our clients are currently facing.
