You will work with the team to provide a comprehensive and quality service following legal completion of conveyancing matters.
To register changes of ownership as soon as possible and within the Land Registry priority period
To ensure compliance with the requirements of mortgage lenders and the CLC
To send documents to the appropriate recipient promptly
To deal effectively with queries from customers
To be responsible for tasks assigned by the Post Completion Team Manager
To work as part of a high performing team
Examples of what you will be doing:
Using the case management system to proactively manage daily workflow, post and e-faxes
Processing and reviewing deeds, files and other documents required
Preparing all forms and letters on that system or generating your own letters, where appropriate
Submitting applications to the Land Registry including first registration
Interpreting the ledger and Disbursement screens, Redemption, Completion Statements and Invoices
Making and receiving telephone calls with all or any of our customers, OL and 3rd parties
Implementing the Companys procedures to avoid fraud or negligence and improve performance standards
Working effectively with the off shore post completion team, dealing with escalations and follow on tasks to maximise on productivity and efficiency of post completion tasks
Carrying out other tasks requested by the Post Completion Team Manager

Skills you have that will set you up for success:
Ability to attain a sound knowledge of the deeds and documents within a conveyancing transaction
Ability to attain a sound knowledge of the Companys procedures to avoid fraud and negligence
Solid IT skills enabling competent use of a case management system
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Highly organised and proactive management of workflow, emails and post
Ability to deliver excellent service to customers, other lawyers and third parties with a good telephone manner
An understanding of ledger entries and invoices
Good team working skills
