Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity and a chance to work within a new and growing team?
Lark Ward is on a very exciting journey of transformation and development. We recently opened our 10-bedded, mixed-sex ward, based at the Woodlands Hospital, Ipswich, in September 2018 and are looking for Band 5/6 Nurses, Clinical Support Workers and Assistant Practitioners to join our supportive and committed team.
We welcome Newly Qualified Nurses, Return to Practice Nurses and staff who are looking for a change or development within their current roles.
We are looking for energised individuals who will be excited to be part of something new and very special. We want creativity, innovative ideas and passion towards providing excellent patient care. If you want to make a difference in people’s lives and change it for the better than we want you to be part of our fantastic team!
We have great development opportunities lined up for all our Qualified and Non-Qualified Nursing Team; programmes designed to support development and career opportunities as well as training and projects in place to improve service and patient experience.
The Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust are committed to Quality Improvement (QI) and have paired up with East London NHS Foundation Trust to train and develop our staff in the understanding of QI and how to implement this on our wards.
We have welcomed and embraced working with Quality Improvement and have been able to extend our network by attending National QI conferences which have helped to share learning and ideas with other NHS Trusts across the country. The Lark Ward Team have said, “These have been some of the best training opportunities we have ever had!”
We believe that staff, who feel valued by their employers and are truly engaged, are able to provide better outcomes for our service users.
In your application we would love to know what attributes you would bring to our team and what drives the Nurses of today.
We welcome you to arrange a visit to Lark Ward and give us a follow on our Twitter page: @NSFTjobs.
We also have other inpatient and community vacancies within our diverse mental health services. We will support you and invest in you - don't miss this exciting opportunity!
