Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 basic - £45,000 OTE

About the role…
We have doubled in size in the last four years and have no plans to slow down any time soon. With this growth comes exciting opportunities for experienced Outbound Sales Executives to join us in our Business Development and telemarketing team.

The role involves contacting Managing Directors and Business Owners of SMEs to discuss our services and using your consultative sales approach and effective questioning techniques to arrange for them to meet with our field sales team.

You will be handling objections, building excellent rapport, understanding the client's needs and thinking on your feet.
We invest heavily in our CRM so that you can spend your time doing what you do best. Selling.

Grow with us - As the role progresses you will become a Senior Business Development Consultant, the opportunity to become a sector specialist and meet clients at networking events and exhibitions. Several of our managers have also been promoted internally.

About you…
You are an excellent B2B Sales person. You are itching for the chance to earn more money and work for a professional, supportive and friendly company where you have the chance to shine every day and have some fun along the way.

You have instinctive sales skills, the professionalism and personality to build instant rapport and develop great business relationships across the SME market. You understand the importance of building a pipeline and are able to vary your approach to suit your audience.
