As Store manager, you'll be the face of our brand, championing the Costa culture and putting great customer service at the heart of everything we do. Your responsibilities will be wide and varied, from recruitment and development to ensuring the quality of coffee and equipment meets our high standards, to managing stock and cash. It all goes in to delivering unbeatable coffee experiences.
CUPPA COFF LTD runs a number of franchised Costa Coffee stores across the country. We are looking for a talented manager to run our Pocklingtonstore. You must enjoy working in a fast paced and busy environment.
We need you to be able to demonstrate:
•Experience of running a community store - preferably in a similar environment to ours
•Excellent people management skills and a real interest in developing your team
•Great communication skills to your team and our customers
•Strong cost management and organisational skills
•Experience of rota and holiday management
•Experience of stocktaking and ordering
•Friendly and natural approach to the customer experience
•Ability to develop a good relationship with the local community
