Interim Human Resources Director
Hours: On average 36.5 hours per week for 6 - 9 months. Some weekend and evening working may be required from time to time.
Salary Range: Starting from £41,869 to £47,076

What is the job?
The Interim HR Director role is a key post and part of our leadership team. Committed to delivering excellent services to internal and external stakeholders; you will lead a dedicated team in implementing strategic and operational plans. You will provide day-to-day leadership to two HR Advisers, a HR Project Consultant, and a HR Administrator, as well as developing effective partnerships with key stakeholders.

Please note this is an interim position for a period of 6 - 9 months. We are looking for somebody to start as soon as possible.

Who are you?
You should be someone who has experience of leading people and managing service delivery. You need knowledge and experience of working at a senior level in Human Resources

You must be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, be IT literate and be highly self- motivated with an ability to stay calm under pressure whilst ensuring a high level of attention to detail.
