Client Administrator - Sales Support

Up to ??30k plus 5% Client Admin bonus, plus up to 10% company bonus, full benefits package

The Client Administrator role is a sales support function which sits within a team of Client Administrators, sharing the workload of administrative sales tasks as a single virtual team. Their mission is to ensure a timely turnaround of support tasks including, order processing, basic quote creation, contracts processing and liaising with customers on behalf of sales people. This role in particular is the entry level position which will predominately focus on order entry initially with a remit to skill up in the other sales support activities overtime.

Effective Client Administration depends on a strong teamwork culture/work ethic as well as being able to take the initiative when circumstances demand it. Being able to properly prioritise the day to day workload is critical to ensuring the Client Administrator is able to meet the dynamic requirements of the Sales team and customers

Key Responsibilities:

Job Functions (as part of the team of Client Administrator)

  • Create and manage customer quotes from start to finish and manage through internal approval processes
  • Create a Statement of Requirements documents to support quote approvals
  • Own the customer creation & order management in NTT systems
  • Respond to basic customer queries and coordinate resources where necessary to support the customer requirements
  • Support the Sales Team in obtaining relevant information for customer proposals
  • Understand all of the core lines of service available through NTT Europe
  • Take the necessary actions on core NTT systems to effect changes needed to customer solutions and services
  • Assist in the management and retention of existing clients on behalf of Account Manager

Success Criteria

  • Contribute to the success of the Sales team through the provision of excellent customer service and support
  • Exceeding client expectations/deadlines and helping ensure that NTT is the chosen service provider of choice in the selection of their outsource ICT solutions
  • Become the Sales team expert' in the management and use of internal systems, helping to adapt and enhance systems as part of a continuous improvement process
  • Provide accurate and rapid turnaround of customer facing collateral to provide a good customer experience

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:


  • Ability to learn quickly and carry out customer related activities from the outset
  • Strong numerical capabilities to understand the fundamentals of margin' when creating quotes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise, but also to be able to take on workload at a moment's notice
  • Strong communicator
  • Self-starter with strong self-motivation and hands-on approach
  • Ability to grasp new technology concepts and translate and deliver at a clear communicable level
  • Primary English language speaker and fluent in written and verbal English
  • Very Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel


  • A high level understanding of the ICT industry and interest in the fast changing Internet marketplace. eg How does the Internet work?
