We are currently redesigning the Organisation and have moved from a 6 Directorate structure to 3 Directorates. We are completing designs through September and will move into implementation. This involves writing Job descriptions, evaluating jobs, carrying out mapping and matching of existing staff into new roles, filling vacant posts and ensuring appropriate engagement and consultation take place with staff. There are design Leads within the business and an OD Board overseeing the project. There are currently 2 HR team members supporting the project.

This role is required to lead, manage and coordinate the implementation phase, providing advice and guidance to HR team members, communications team and providing regular updates to the Project Board.

- Manage all stages and work to implement new organisation design
- Oversee JD creation/Job Evaluation
- Co-ordinate mapping, matching and interviewing
- Co-ordinate the filling of vacant posts
- Engage with Comms team on all related communication 
- Report regularly to the Project Board
- Develop and maintain project plan
- Report on project risks and budget
- Produce highlight and other reports
- Regular engagement and reporting to PMO

Desirable skills, experience & qualifications
CIPD or equivalent qualification Ability to identify and understand people risks and issues

Experience of Organisation Design Projects Project Management experience
