I am currently recruiting for a Change Manager on behalf of an expanding Client I am currently working with. The role will work alongside the work stream lead to deliver the change work stream ensuring business benefits and investment are maximised. The successful candidate will help to influence and take on responsibility to deliver change projects and initiatives within the change work stream. The role holder will be the work stream lead for initiatives such as change readiness, capability and skills assessments, people through to culture change.

Key Experience

  • Experience of delivering complex change initiatives
  • Experience of delivering change in large, complex environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of key change methodologies and the apply these methodologies
  • Experience working with trade unions is desirable
