A global retail brand is looking for a strong CRM Executive to join their growing team. Coming into a very busy second half of the year they need some extra support. Paying up to ??150 p/day in South West London.
You will be responsible for:
- Work on delivery of acquisition (& retention) campaigns
- Work on a comprehensive post purchase strategy with relevant customer journey
- Create and maintain A/B testing plan and report back on insights & analysis
- Work with our Digital trading and merchandising teams to plan and brief the critical path of emails in line with the Digital Calendar
- Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns
- Report weekly, monthly and quarterly on email campaign performance to our digital trade and senior management team
