Team admin \ Co-ordinator - Portsmouth
Working for a Maintenance support company you will primarily look after engineer appointments and assignments, keeping call calls updated and assigned as needed to ensure the engineers have the jobs on their specific list on a continual basis. Logging, updating and closing calls as details come in on a daily basis.
Daily escorted trips to external contactors to secure areas and logging of these visits.
Main duties will be
Book in and out of stock – (Using Excel Spreadsheet)
Weekly live - stock checks to be done and passed to Manager
Book and arrange Diary appointments for engineers to visit users (Outlook and 2 Site specific software packages)
Assign calls to engineers throughout Hampshire and Dorset as they come in, (using 2 Site specific software packages – training will be given)
Update Incidents and tasks on a live system and keep up to date a cost tracker – (Excel - 2 Site specific software packages)
Resolve calls and close tasks as they are completed – (using 2 Site specific software packages – training will be given)
Escort external companies to secure locations if needed.
Highlight any issues immediately to senior staff so nothing is delayed or missed
Although advertised as Perm will consider part time 9 to 3.
Will be additional work the manager may find, but this is the main core of the job.
