Turnpike Plumbing and Heating Limited are actively recruiting for a commercially minded Customer Services Administrator to join a small but very successful plumbing and heating company near Fareham.  The ideal candidate will have previous Administration and Customer Service experience, good organisation skills, and be able to work under their own initiative.

Duties of the role will include, but are not limited to:-

  • Liaising with customers to book in After Care work for main contractors
  • Reporting back/liaising with main contractors After Sales Teams
  • Organising rotas/daily work for maintenance plumbing engineers
  • Completing general administration linked to this work
  • Answering in-coming calls to the office and dealing with

the queries appropriately

  • Ordering materials required from merchants to complete above works
  • Taking over the telephone payments for works completed

Permanent Position

Working hours: 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. Monday – Friday

Free parking available on site

20 days holiday per annum plus 8 days Bank Holidays

Pension available after qualifying period
