Warehouse Team Leader Opportunity – Doncaster
XPO Supply Chain is a top ten global logistics company. They run their business as one highly integrated network of people, technology and physical assets in 32 countries. They use their network to help customers manage their goods more efficiently throughout their supply chains. They are looking for a Team Leader to join their team in Doncaster.
As Warehouse Team Leader, you will lead a team of people and co-ordinate activities to achieve business goals; through focusing on continuous improvement and promoting a team based culture.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the physical appearance and safety of the working environment
• Review and improve the operating environment through establishing and maintaining housekeeping standards
• Manage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount and overtime budgets and ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets are met
• Any other duties required by the business deemed suitable and necessary
The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the position of Team Leader will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will have the ability to work individually under your own initiative and will take ownership of processes and responsibility for your own workload. Previous managerial experience is a must.

Title: Warehouse Team Leader
Salary: £23,100 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience + many perks including 25 days holiday with the option to buy additional days, pension scheme and healthcare
Hours: Shifts available are - Sunday - Thursday, Tuesday - Saturday or Friday - Monday rotating days/afternoons
