As a Legionella Sampler, your primary task will be to collect and deliver legionella and other water quality samples from company sites and customer properties across our supply region. You'll work in partnership with our dedicated Sampler Centres and laboratory teams, operating under strict quality control procedures to ensure we meet our regulatory standards. Full training will be provided, however previous experience in water sampling is advantageous. To be successful in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate effective organisation and reliability in completion of assigned tasks to strict quality procedures. You'll have great interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. This role can be time-pressured and so you'll be an excellent time manager, balancing your time between various sites with a methodical approach. We're looking for people who are committed to our values of health, safety, environment and quality, promoting 'zero harm' by following procedure and escalating actions where necessary. There's a balance of independent and team working, so you'll be a self-motivated and reliable person who's comfortable working alone, whilst being able to develop great working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
