Your next role???

As a Procurement & Fleet Coordinator, your role will be to provide administrative support to both the iProcurement purchasing processes and the management of the vehicle fleet. You will play a key role in guaranteeing compliance of guidelines and policies are adhered to in the purchasing of all Company required items as well as the safe and legal operation of the company's fleet of vehicles.

As part of your role, you will assist the outsourced Fleet Management company in the safe and smooth day to day operation of the fleet whilst also ensuring the checking of driving licences, completion of risk assessments and any follow-up training is completed by business drivers. Running monthly adhoc procurement reports and providing iProcurement training to users as required will also be part of your role.
