Talent Acquisition Lead
We require an experienced and strategically minded talent acquisition professional to build a talent pipeline for our growing recruitment business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- A market map of experienced local talent;
- Designing an attraction campaign for entry level starters;
- Driving creative thinking around our recruitment strategy to build a wider talent pool;
- Hiring and onboarding a new team of entry level professionals;
- Headhunting and attracting experienced starters;
- Reviewing our benefits package and recommending changes based on market trends;
- Designing a strategy to maximise our future retention of staff;
- Reviewing our training material to recommend appropriate changes.
You will have experience of supporting a sales or consultancy business, ideally in the recruitment industry and be prepared to work proactively to deliver the project. You will also be prepared to adapt to changing landscapes and strategic objectives, whilst showing resilience and acting in a highly consultative manner.
