The HR Services Partnership provides outsourced HR support principally to organisations without internal HR expertise. The Finance Assistant is a new post created because of increased workload. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support with a range of finance activities from posting invoices, invoice preparation and dispatch as well as ensuring our tracking spreadsheets are updated. In addition, from our office in Horsham you will also support some of our clients with preparing salary information for submission to their payroll provider. You would also work across the team to manage our data archiving processes, ensure our client and supplier database and asset register are both up to date.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexibility considered)
Salary: c£20,000 to £23,000 FTE
You will need to have experience of working in a small finance team, and have some experience of payroll preparation. You will need to be highly numerate, organised and have excellent attention to detail. Our culture is driven by enabling clients to meet their needs and therefore you need to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high quality work to internal and external clients.
About the Company:
The work of the company ranges from providing HR administrative support with recruitment, induction and payroll preparation, through to the usual range of HR advisory work and, working with Chief Executives and Boards developing a strategic approach to their HR needs. The Company was set up in 2003 and has steadily grown to a team of 19 staff. A large proportion of our work is with clients in the voluntary and community sector, primarily in London and the South East.
Whilst this is advertised as a full-time role, we will also consider applications from those seeking part-time hours.
