Admin and Procurement / Buying Assistant

Good Food Supplies is a small owner managed distribution / trader business based in Bearsden with over 25 years of experience operating mainly in the UK and wider Europe.

The role required will be on a part-time basis of 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week, and the position is available for an immediate start.

The main tasks require good computer skills and an attention to detail to maintain up to date product codes and price lists, accurate and efficient computer systems for stock management and delivery schedules, and general office support for the Director. A good telephone manner is essential and the ability to deal with customers and suppliers enquiries and requests.

There will be an element of web presence maintenance including social marketing to raise the profile of the company, but also to ensure the e-marketing approach matches the style and ethos of the company as well as maximising the professional and commercial image.
