Sales Office Administrator Vacancy (Full Time)
Arena Pharmaceuticals Ltd is a small, friendly, independent company importing active pharmaceutical ingredients for supply to pharmaceutical manufacturers in the UK and Ireland.
We are currently looking for a sales office administrator to process orders which means liaising with clients, suppliers and our third-party warehouse. The pharmaceutical industry is highly regulated, and it is essential that the company always remains compliant with the regulations. Training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, literate, numerate, be competent in the use of computers, have good customer service skills and a flexible and organised approach to the demands of the role. Experience with Sage would be an advantage but not essential.
Hours 09:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday; 09:00 to 14:00 on Friday with some flexibility.
Holidays are 22 days pa, plus the period between Christmas and New Year and all Bank Holidays.
Salary is in the range of £20k to £25k per annum depending upon qualifications and experience. In addition, the company contributes 13.5% of salary to a personal pension plan and operates a discretionary bonus scheme.
