The role

You will be delivering high volume transactional data input and query resolution through the telephone and email service, providing basic contractual advice on HR policy and procedures. You will be responsible for processing and maintaining all people data within the HR system ensuring adherence to company processes and procedures to deliver a quality, customer focused service in a timely manner.

Day to day

  • Accurately input all data, generate and issue contractual documentation in line with all stages of the employee life cycle within the required timescales.
  • Bonus and payroll administration.
  • Maintenance of all employee personnel files ensuring full adherence to document retention guidelines and DPA requirements.
  • Respond to external reference requests and administer internal references in accordance with departmental procedures and SLA's.
  • Advising managers on matters relating to employment contracts in line with Company policies and procedures.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times striving to go the extra mile.

Essential Experience

  • Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced admin or service centre environment
  • Driven to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Actively participates and cooperates with others
  • Strong IT Skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Experience of working with HR systems is desirable
