The main purpose of the role is to provide effective administrative support to the Directors and Executive Management team.

Main Duties:

  • Work closely with operational management to understand their staffing needs and requirements and support with recruitment
  • Help to organise recruitment campaigns to ensure that there is a pipeline of candidates
  • To assist managers with recruitment events, conducting interviews and checking documents
  • To support station managers with agency staff transfers, etc
  • To help applicants with completing job application, documentation and forms'
  • Use the OCS resourcing portal to manage vacancies
  • Support with liaison with temporary labour agencies
  • Updating resourcing spreadsheets/trackers

You will also be responsible for:

  • Travel and accommodation booking for Senior Management
  • Organise meeting room booking and refreshments
  • Coordinating diaries for meetings and calls
  • Chasing signatures for documents and contracts
  • Collating information packs in readiness for client meetings
  • Ordering and issuing of the 'on the spot' vouchers to the SMT members

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Proven strong administration skills
  • Sound knowledge of Windows based applications in MS Office
  • Problem solving skills
  • Be capable of multi-tasking
  • Be able to work and finish under own initiative once a full brief has been given
  • Have a high level of verbal and written English
  • Experience of meeting note taking
  • Experience in staff recruitment and in the organising recruitment events; Jobs Fair, etc
  • On occasions be prepared to travel to other airports in the UK
