We are seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our team at here Longmead Court. We are a 52 bedded home supporting people living with Dementia and complex mental health needs.

You will be providing support to the residents who live at Longmead Court to meet all their individual needs. This will include Personal Care, support at meal times and a range of activities to improve the quality of lives who we are entrusted to care.

You will be working alongside a dedicated and professional team who really put the people we care for at the heart of what we do.
