We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as part of the Human Resources Team in the UK who has the ability to assist with the effective management of every employee. The right candidate will identify the right questions to ask in order to facilitate and support the growth and assist in the implementation of the company's people plan. Key Responsibilities: Providing extensive support to the HR Team. General administration housekeeping to include, filing, composition of letters, calculating leave entitlements, maintaining sickness records and keeping the computerised HR system updated. Assisting with the production of job advertisements, posting on a variety of online portals and sifting incoming applications. Setting up interviews and assisting in conducting interviews. Preparation of new starters information including, offer letters, employment contracts, induction packs and induction schedules. Conducting staff inductions. When necessary assisting with payroll. Producing monthly HR reports. Note taking. Return to work interviews. Assisting with the implementation of new HR processes and procedures. Assist with disciplinary and grievance matters. Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. Assisting with performance management. Appraisals. Employee benefits. Deliver efficient and effective HR support to the Senior Managers. Assistance with probation reviews. The role will also have a significant element of ad-hoc tasks.
