Based in Farnborough our client has many years' experience offering holistic advice to assist clients achieve their financial and lifestyle objectives. Their financial advice, investment management and self-directed services can be used separately or as an integrated service.
As part of their growth they are seeking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to work with their wealth team.
Key elements of the paraplanner role include: Preparation and maintenance of client files, preparation of recommendations and the Implementation of these recommendations.
As a senior member of the team you will also be expected to act as a coach and mentor to other team members, to deal with the more complex cases; provide management information and build strong customer and IFA relationships.
In addition you must be able to demonstrate the following:
A complete understanding of the Financial Planning process
Ability to deliver quality reports
Have a high Level of technical knowledge
Thorough understanding of compliance issues
Ability to work within defined business processes
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Achievement of the Certificate of Financial Planning or Diploma - RDR Level 4
Strong attention to detail
Able to work within a small team and independently
Confident with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
