The ideal Candidate
Due to continual growth in recent years we are now looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Managers to join our team. To be successful in this role the ideal candidates will have proven aptitude and experience in B2B consultative selling, preferably a minimum of 1 year or experience working as a Sales Executive. Ideally you will have experience in the business communications sector working with some of the UK’s biggest networks, but other candidates will be considered.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide a consultative, knowledgeable and a fit for purpose sales approach to every client opportunity.
  • Visit new and existing customers to identify and develop new sales opportunities and to promote the company portfolio.
  • Create proposals, quotations and negotiate to close deals.
  • To provide a continuous high-level client satisfaction.
  • To maintain a high standard of product knowledge.
  • Reporting of sales activities and forecasting
  • Continuous personal development to achieve personal goals.
  • Make cold sales calls to generate new business.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • Minimum education at A level standard.
  • Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a B2B consultative sales environment or experience in a sales environment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM applications is an advantage.
  • To have a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Self-starter, enthusiastic & ambitious.
  • Confident in closing deals.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communications skills both verbal & written.
  • Presentation skills.

Salary & Benefits
  • Basic salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum plus commission - OTE uncapped.
