Service Desk Analyst - Capital Markets - ITIL, CRM - London

Service Desk Analyst required in the City of London office of a global Capital Markets business. This role presents an excellent progression opportunity and is offered on a permanent basis with a salary range of between ??30,000 and ??40,000 (with potential stretch if required).

This is a client facing role, interacting with both capital market customers and also vendors/service partners, so as such this person must have personality and professional communications both written and spoken. You will need to be calm under pressure as some stakeholders (such as traders) will have very high expectations of quick service. You must be able to both manage customer expectations, but also face off to highly technical people. My customer is looking for people who have a technical background (computer science degree/equivalent title) and have around 4 years of experience in technical customer support role. The ideal candidate will have ITIL certifications, and a good exposure to ITIL Standards. Tt's highly desirable to have CCNA and any exposure to CRM systems.


  1. Technical background (with a Computer Science degree - or equivalent).
  2. ITIL.
  3. Experience with CRMs.
