Service Analyst - Contract - Berkshire

My client a top FTSE100 company are looking to recruit a Service Analyst on a contract basis to join their team in Berkshire. Please note this role will be required to work 5 days a week on site.

The key skills and experience for the Service Analyst will include;

  • Liaise with the 3rd party vendor and project team to ensure project runs smoothly
  • Demonstrated breadth and in-depth knowledge of IT service delivery
  • Demonstrates an understanding of service definition and experience in process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capability to listen and influence stakeholders at all Levels
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, sufficient to build and maintain trust during times of service outage.
  • Ability to multitask, manage and handle multiple service projects simultaneously and to the schedul
  • Experience of supporting global Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business deployment
  • Experience of Unified Communications Engineering
