Marketing Manager SaaS (growth marketing, SaaS, B2B marketing, Digital, Revenue generation, influencer/ambassador marketing)

My client are a global leading marketing software company, that uses their unique platform to drive sales, content and brand awareness. Owned by two proven entrepreneurs who previously built a very successful pioneering organisation before spending $4mill to create the technology to start this business.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for taking on the design, strategy and development/building of the marketing function from scratch. Working alongside the Partner & VP Commercial of the business, you will look to create a marketing function that will drive sales and ROI to the organisation.

They are looking for a creative and analytical growth marketing manager to expand and optimise our existing digital marketing efforts, focusing primarily on:

digital marketing techniques - SEO, PPC, sponsored content & outreach

improving the customer's journey to acquisition (and retention)

Working with their content marketing team to reviewing and producing content for our website, newsletters, blog articles, drip marketing and sales materials to help inform our customer base. You'll be fundamental in formulating the marketing strategy, managing budgets and reporting progress to company management. Ideally you'll have a background in B2B SaaS marketing and already know your way around Google Ads. Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to learn are as important as experience, and a little entrepreneurial spirit wouldn't go amiss.

As much as they want someone to deliver, they want them to come with their own ideas, and help them experiment to find the right strategies.

The role:

- Create measurable marketing strategies that drive revenue and increase brand awareness

- Guide a team that generates a steady, growing stream of leads each and every week

- Track, monitor, and report key performance metrics so we see what works

- Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on the strategy, plans, and performance of the various marketing initiatives and campaigns and make recommendations for optimizing

- Define and execute a thought leadership plan that positions them as experts in ambassador marketing

- Create and constantly improve processes that drive and optimize marketing and lead generation productivity

- Building and maintaining reports and dashboard for the business to monitor primary KPI's and drivers

Essential Experience:

- Experienced SaaS B2B Marketeer with a track record of growing revenue through an inbound and account based marketing strategy

- You are numbers driven, you understand the relationship between the metrics that drive success & you obsess over how to leverage improve the primary drivers

- Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal

- Strong interest in word of mouth marketing, specifically Ambassador & Influencer marketing

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. You're a natural people person, you know how to motivate & get the best out of those around you

- Domain expert in B2B Marketing techniques and strategies

- You're an ambitious, self starter. You love B2B Marketing and aspire to be known as one of the best in the world
