Are you a High-Level First Line/Second Line Support Engineer/2nd Line Service Desk Engineer/Technical Support Engineer that is looking to join an innovative, dynamic and fast-paced organisation? The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote support to several customers and be skilled in problem diagnoses and have the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders. If you are happy to be an escalation point for Level 1 engineers, aid in the resolution of major incidents, determine probable cause and logically take the user through a step-by-step problem determination procedure either in person, over the telephone or IM chat then this could be the right role for you.
We're looking for key skills and experience of the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Desktop/Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite 2013/2016, Exchange, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, Intune.
This role requires experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and knowledge and understanding of working to defined SLA's and KPI's.
