Paid Social Manager (EMEAR)
My global tech client are looking to add a Paid Social Media Manager to their ranks for a 6 month maternity cover contract with likelihood of extension. Role is currently home based due to the COVID-19 Pandemic situation however when normality resumes role will be 2-3 days per week in Bedfont Lakes.
The ideal candidate will be well skilled with the below:
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
*3+ years working as a Paid Social Media Manager either in agency or in-house team
*Strong experience in executing Paid Social campaigns
*Able to initiate and drive opportunities independently, while operating in a complex organization, in an environment that changes quickly
*Hands on experience with implementation of AdTech into process/workflow.
*Either Technology category experience or international experience is required.
*In-depth understanding of audiences and how to effectively set up campaigns to reach the desired target audience
*Strategically minded, with the ability to technically execute campaigns
*Have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the European legislation on Cookie management and the impact that this would have on our ability to execute
*Outstanding collaboration skills
*Paid Social Managers are curious. They always have their ear to the ground to detect the potential of new emerging technologies and innovative opportunities
*They rely on their rigor and the quality of their analyses to improve the performance of their campaigns and hit their targets.
*They are responsive and well acquainted with the job, which enables them to make quick decisions and act under pressure if necessary.
Tools Experience (MUST HAVE):
*Media Trading: Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
*Tracking: Google Tag Manager/Tellium
*Analytics: Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, Domo
Role is FTC basis - salary Dependent upon experience.
