Contract Length: 3-6 months
Start Date: Early November
Rate: ??300 - ??350/day
Our client are looking for a versatile Infrastructure Engineer to assist their internal team in clearing through a backlog of ticket and provide general BAU support across their IT estate.
The contractor will be an escalation point for the 1st/2nd line teams and will be resolving issues around a range of areas. Key areas will be; Citrix, VMWare, Telephony (Cisco Call Manager & Touchpoint), Windows Server, Networking, O365 and MS Exchange (online & on-prem). They may also be involved in project work, including the rollout of a new Citrix Desktop.
The successful candidate will be personable with excellent communication skills and have a strong IT background (with expertise across Networking, Storage and EUC).
