We are currently seeking a group governance Lead to oversee services which are based in the Bradford and Huddersfield area. This position is open to those who have experience and are competent in a health and social care Managerial role, with experience in managing multi sites. You should be able to demonstrate your potential to lead and manage the front-line team and their managers in multiple services within the learning disability and autism support sector.
Their standard of care across the group is extremely high, and they are constantly improving. Whilst supporting people who are vulnerable with and complex needs and disabilities it is extremely important that you have a person centred mindset with person led care.
Requirements for the role;
The applicant must have been a registered manager previously - for at least 2 years. They must have Learning Disability and Autism experience and/or qualifications. They must have some experience with Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation.
The applicant must also have been in a Senior Management position (now or recently) - in quality and/or governance.
The successful applicant will:
Report directly to the Director
Work alongside the Operational Manager
Line Manage Service Managers, Quality and Compliance, Training Officer and Health & Safety Officer
Be passionate about continuous improvement
