PMO Analyst

Location-Berkshire (closer to Reading)

Duration-6 months

We are looking for a PMO Analyst/PMO Manager to join one of our large Clients. As a PMO, you will work on ensuring all projects adhere to the best practices and standard approaches for program and project management. You should have proven experience on project tracking, reporting, assurance, information management, financial tracking, risk, issue tracking, change control, support, and knowledge management, monitor the status of projects. Experience working with senior stakeholders across the board. You will need experience operating at Board level - advisory, stakeholder management etc. This includes implementing and executing processes in support of the management of programs and projects including large IT integration & Transformation Programs.

You will take a proactive role in the quality assurance and governance planning of a wide range of programs and projects such as: -

Skills required: -

  • 4+ years of experience of working as PMO within Projects/Program
  • Detail oriented with excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, proactive, and delivery-focused with an ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Knowledge of industry standard program management delivery methodologies and governance processes, with Prince II experience or qualifications at practitioner-level
  • Experience supporting Director and executive-level meetings, managing diaries and capturing and following up on actions taken
