Business Support Officer
An award winning, rapidly growing, Digital Health business are recruiting for a highly motivated individual who has proven administration and organisational skills. You will work to support the HR function and wider business through an administrative and project support capacity.
You will be responsible for providing project and administrative support to our HR department & leadership teams, providing a link between HR and the wider business whilst ensuring delivery of projects.
A real hand on role, you will also provide PA support to our senior leaders with anything from booking travel, diary management, providing meeting support, and managing expenses & payroll.
Our new BSO will also:
*Take ownership HR projects as required, supporting HR activities and playing that key point of contact for the business.
*Business support & project management.
*Coordinate and supporting business operations, help with any other ad hoc requests as requested by HR, operations and Leaderships teams.
*Work in the HR/Recruitment team
*Support operations eg projects, L&D, Administrative, Marketing
You will be:
*A graduate, preferably in a Biomedical, Psychology or Business Degree
*1-2 years' work experience in a commercial or support role.
*Good IT skills, proficient in Excel and Word
*The ability to support and speak to people at senior level
*Experienced with managing your own workload
*Enthusiasm and confidence, a real passion to develop yourself as there are flexible career prospects for the future.
