Snr Technical Resourcer/Marketer
Accessplc is currently on the lookout for a dynamic, forward thinking technical resourcer, with experience in marketing (or a marketer with technical resourcing experience!). We're currently experiencing a period of growth and need help (and fresh ideas) from an experienced outside individual. We particularly need help with one large account that will benefit from greater inbound exposure through marketing and social media campaigns/content.
Access IT Recruitment was formed in 2014 as a new arm to the Accessplc group. With offices in Sheffield, Basingstoke and London among others, we are a national provider of IT staffing and project consultancy. We're a small but experienced team, who all get on very well. We have a relaxed and open culture. We're small enough to be flexible, but big enough to handle large scale accounts. Your role will help Access to not only stay at the head of the market, but continue to grow and evolve into the future.
We feel that someone with both agency and in-house recruitment experience could be ideal. Someone who truly understands the process on both sides of the fence. Previous recruiting or resourcing experience is a must, as part of your role will involve finding suitable candidates for the aforementioned client and others. We're also after someone with strong skills and experience in social media (ideally Linkedin - but other platforms too), as well as strong copywriting skills. Strong communication skills are a must.
At Accessplc, we don't believe in KPI's. You're not here to hit a certain volume of calls or fish for information from candidates. You're here to add value, make a difference and deliver results for the business. If a certain method helps you to achieve this, then we encourage people to work to their own strengths. You won't be micro-managed, but you'll get all the help you need to grow and flourish. We also offer the flexibility to work from home when needed - and certainly at the moment! The successful candidate will be working fully remote for the foreseeable, but with regular MS Teams calls with the rest of the team. If you're interested in working on business development, we can work towards this - and even offer training.
- IT recruitment/resourcing experience (1-2 years at least ideally)
