Residential Property Team Support Roles

LOCATION: Fareham

SALARY & BENEFITS: up to £21K depending on experience

WORKING HOURS: Full Time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with one hour lunch break (35 hours p/week)

THE ROLE:  Based at the client's Fareham office, the Residential Property Team Support roles will involve many aspects of secretarial and administrative support as well as assist the overall Conveyancing process on a daily basis. This is a role that offers variety whilst offering support to your colleagues around you.

Key Responsibilities of the Team Assistant, Post Contract role to include:-

Overall job role: To undertake responsibility for all transactions at the point of exchange of contracts through to completion and registration, such work to include transfer of equity matters, shared equity matters, all sale and purchase matters, ensuring that the work is carried out competently, efficiently and within relevant service standards. To also provide proactive support to the conveyancing team who work in a fast-paced client-facing environment.

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Residential Property Team Support Roles will not necessarily have to be from a legal background. Property experience would be desirable but not essential.  Be a proven team player whilst working well in a fast-paced environment is essential as well as the ability to follow instructions and offer proactive administrative support.

This role would suit somebody with ample experience in an office / administrative role who may be looking for a fast paced and challenging new position.

Salary will be based on previous experience.

Key experience essential for the Residential Property Team Support Roles role:
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in an office based role
  • Proven team player
  • Strong accuracy, numeracy and communication skills
  • Live within a commutable distance of Fareham
  • Thrives on working in a fast paced environment

Key experience desirable for the Residential Property Team Support role:
  • Property experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience working in professional practice beneficial but not essential
