Our successful and expanding financial services client is searching for an experienced PA/ Senior Administrator to join their team.

Primarily the role will be based in York city centre (parking provided if required) however some time spent working from home or the Wetherby office is possibly. The salary is GBP25,000 PA, an increase may be considered for an exceptional candidate.

The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting a busy Director and a small team in an administrative capacity. The role will require include some specific financial services administration but full training around the process will be provided.

Duties to include:

* Preparing client meeting packs including obtaining investment values from providers

* Arranging client meetings and acting as a point of contact for the firm's clients

* Diary management

* Arranging appointments

* Client communications

* Preparing letters, presentations and reports

* Preparing all documentation for meetings

* Ensure that client information is recorded accurately.

* Opening client files and ensuring documents are kept up to date.

* Planning and overseeing client communication material such as quarterly newsletters and market update documents.

* Use of various software systems to aid in the financial planning process such as Intelligent Office, Voyant and Centra (experience of these desirable but not essential).

* Dealing with product providers and preparing and processing application forms

* Maintaining a diary of ongoing client work to ensure the advice process runs smoothly. Where hold-ups occur, prompting providers or staff members for updates and keeping clients informed of progress.

In addition to experience in a similar role the successful candidate will possess first class communication, organisational and IT skills coupled with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
