Lunatus Resourcing are actively looking for an exceptional Customer Service Manager to join one of their prestigious clients.

As a leader within the organisation you will be experienced and qualified to deliver a first-class service, catering for the customers and their requirements, with a positive approach and with expertise.

With this being a new position that has been introduced based on demand, our client is looking for someone that has exceptional skills and experience, to aid the design and implementation of an improved customer service process, ensuring that the company's Customer Service Score (Net Promotor Score) remains pristine.

To apply for this position, you will have worked within a similar role, be a very conscientious and resilient individual, with the following skills and experience:

5+ years' experience managing a team
A proven and demonstrable track record improving a company's Net Promoter/Customer Satisfaction Score consistently
You will be a determined and focused customer centric individual, with the goal of achieving exceptional customer service through multiple channels
Proactive and forward thinking, always looking to find new techniques to improve customer satisfaction levels
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Good knowledge of ERP/Database systems
