MEMBERSHIP SERVICES COORDINATOR
??19,200 per annum
Advance HE are a charity who aim to support strategic change and continuous improvement through the development of individuals and organisations in higher education.
They are delighted to announce an exciting vacancy within the Membership and Accreditation Directorate and are looking to recruit a Membership Services Coordinator. The position will require the successful applicant to support the Memberships Team across all areas of membership services including support for our online social platform, Advance HE Connect.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a passion for quality processes. The role will support the work of the team to deliver high quality member-focused services.
The post requires???
- Effective verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail
- Organisational skills including diary management
- Experience of minute taking and the ability to work across projects and prioritise tasks
There will be a requirement to work remotely under the current pandemic situation and therefore familiarity with online meetings and webinars systems will be a distinct advantage.
You will be reporting to the Membership and Accreditation Lead Coordinator.
