Customer Service Representative
We are once again delighted to be working in partnership with our prestigious client Atos and are recruiting for long term customer service temporary full-time positions based in Hamilton which will start Nov/Dec
GBP9.30 increasing to GBP10.39 per hour after 12 weeks - Full time variable Shifts (37 hours per week);
This is position requires full flexibility as it is based on shift work (various shifts available).
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working as part of a team within a professional environment where you need to be open to change and willing to take on new challenges to meet high level of service the Atos brand delivers.
The role will be primarily focused within the customer service call centre dealing with inbound customer service enquiries which will include;
Identifying and checking customer records to provide appropriate information to customers.
Capture and record details of customers information and enquiries including complaints/feedback.
Attend training sessions to update knowledge as new efficiencies are introduced.
Continuously contribute to the improvement of business standards and performance.
As a customer service representative, you will be required to go through a Credit and Criminal check as well as provide 3 years referencing.
In order to successful as a customer service representative, you will need to:
Be flexible with the ability to adapt across teams and processes.
Have clear and concise written, verbal and email skills.
Follow all compliance, legal and regulatory requirements, completing all relevant training.
Dealing with a variety of ad hoc duties.
