IT Support Analyst
I have an urgent requirement for experienced IT Analyst's to support a busy OOH Service Desk. Initially this role will be remote, and when government guidelines permit, you will be required to work from HQ offices in Cambridgeshire, so it is important that you are in commutable distance.
You will be part of a weekly 4-on-4-off shift pattern (each shift will be 12 hour duration with a break for lunch).
- Previous commercial experience providing 1st Line IT support, within a busy service desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, O365, ServiceNow, Exchange, Mobile Device Management, supporting Windows.
- Experience with ticketing systems, and recognising when to hand off to 2nd/3rd Line, whilst adhering to SLA's.
