SALARY: £71,932 - £82,464 (under review)
LOCATION: Laganside House, Belfast

The Chief Modernisation Officer will lead the development and implementation of the NICTS Modernisation Strategy to transform how justice is administrated in Courts and Tribunals in Northern Ireland. This will involve challenges in relation to capital investment, rationalisation, service redesign, innovation and automation of services.
This is an interesting, demanding and rewarding role and you will be responsible for the development and successful delivery of a number of major change programmes for the NICTS, DoJ and the Office of the Lord Chief Justice. In addition, you will have responsibility for leading the NICTS Estate Management, Security and IT functions, ensuring collaboration and future proofing across Modernisation and these Business As Usual areas. This post may be filled by secondment of the successful candidate from his/her current employer.
